- The mat must not be used for any other purpose, unless expressly instructed by the teacher.
- Avoid going to the classes if you have any disease transmitted by air or contact.

- Respect the Professor and his way of teaching. Never argue with the teacher, even if another instructor tells you something different about it. There are several ways to perform the techniques and you should follow each instructor in each class to the best of your ability.
- While the teacher is showing a technique, pay attention and ask questions at the appropriate time.
- When the rolling time comes to its end, stop immediately. After that, bow and thank your partner.
- Do not refuse to train with any partner.
- Respect the graduates. Avoid discussing their technique.
- Respect the less graduates. Do not make your practice unfeasible.
- The graduates must, in turns, train the techniques always with the less graduates, always leading the movement in case of doubt. But they should never correct or instruct you, unless they have permission to do so. That decision comes from the teacher.
- Never think that you are disturbing someone because you do not know how to move, everyone is in the mat to learn and help the others.
- Be aware of what is happening around you. Dose the intensity of the movements, mainly with the less graduates. Take responsibility for yourself and your training partner.
- Train with energy and strength, but always respecting the physical integrity of the colleague. During classes there are always people of different sexes, ages and physical ability with different abilities and possibilities. Be aware of your limitations. Everyone has their reasons for being on the mat. Respect everyone.
- The training goals of each partner should be taken into account.
- At the end of each class, wait for the training greeting and then thank each partner you have trained with.
- Take part in the events of the academy and the team: seminars, demonstrations, lectures, general cleaning, celebrations, etc. Its evolution in Jiu-Jitsu is entirely linked to your presence in these events.
